About me

I'm Christy, a mom, an artist/art teacher, adult/youth/teen/kids life coach, and a real island girl. I absolutely adore the sea and nature!
Growing up surrounded by the sea, sun and sand was such a gift. Nature was always close by, my connection to her has inspired and helped me heal in so many ways. She is interwoven into my art, my work & my life.
What inspired me to become a coach was when one of my children was diagnosed with dyslexia.This made me realize how hard and difficult the school/world could be if you are “different". This sparked my own personal growth journey as well. After becoming a coach I kept on taking various sorts of workshops and courses diving deeper and deeper into the depth of our magical world. I started helping kids and parents that were "stuck”. As my children grew, I grew as well learning and helping more kids/teens/parents & individuals that were struggling in life. It’s been an incredible adventure full of growth, challenges and laughter. 
At some point my relationship with the father of my children also changed, taking us on different paths. This led me on a total self discovery and healing journey. It was like removing layers of dust from my soul that had been there since I was a small child. Rediscovering the authentic Christy beneath it all - what an inner exploration that has been and still is! 
I finally started painting again something I enjoyed doing as a child.
Through my art, my mentorships and my creative services I’d like to inspire and help you rediscover your authentic self.
