1:1 Mentorship

Wholeness happens through all of our bodies: mental, physical, spiritual and emotional. I invite you on this journey to wholeness, to fully embody YOU.
Each container is personalized, uniquely built for you.

1:1 Nature Mentorship
1:1 sessions where I invite you into nature as she guides you back into connecting with her and yourself. This unique mentorship will meet you were you are, while gently inviting you back to be fully you in all your magic.
During our discovery call we will decide together what is the best container for you. Each person is unique so each container will be unique, various types of plans and prices are available.
1:1 Paint-your-soul session
1:1 Paint-your-soul session where we explore where you are in your life and where you want to go.
We start off with a relaxation exercise to get grounded. After that you will paint what intuitively comes up inside of you. What you feel, whom you are, your soul...
When you are finished painting I will help translate your art to your current life and situation. Giving you insights and inspiration.
Time: 2 to 2 1/2 hours
1:1 Child/Teen/Youth Mentorship
1:1 sessions where I guide and teach the child/teen/youth tools on how to deal with their current situation where they are struggling or stuck. Ie. fear of failure, limiting beliefs, etc.
Different packages available depending on individual situations. Usual duration is 3-6 months with bi-weekly sessions. As every circumstance and person is unique we will find what fits best during our intake call. Prices vary as situations vary per person. 1:1 Sea Self Session
You are your best creation. It's time to fully Sea (your)Self!!
1:1 session at the ocean. The session starts with you introducing yourself to me, then you make nature art inspired by your surroundings. Afterwards I translate what you made and relate it to your current circumstances. To integrate it all we go snorkeling together.
In the sea we use different senses, this helps in processing everything. At the end you can pull some Oracle cards.
Time: 1 1/2 to 2 hours
